In celebration of goebel's 125 anniversary, the bottom reads collector classics, 125, w. Goebel porzellanfabrik, 1871 1996, germany, goebel. I've tested it and the clokc keeps accurate time. This figurine stands 7 and 5/8 high. It has no cracks or crazing, but has one chip of black paint missing from his right eye. Beautiful, vintage goebel piece of art in excellent condition!
