Goebel and westenr germany. It also has a golden crown e & r germnay sticker. This figurine stands 9 nad 1/4 high. It has a few very small paint chips and minor scratches. It also has one repair on the rim under his collar wheer a 3/16 by 1 piece of the porcelain was broken. It is not visable when hsi head is in place.
